Warehousing Service

We provide One-stop warehousing service with time and cost efficiency to satisfy our customer’s needs in big ports, such as Tianjin Shanghai Qingdao Yantai Guangzhou port. Comprehensive logistics solution for organizing end to end supply chain service all in one spot.

a. Material Offloading

• Once material arrived at warehouse, Mange material or equipment safe offloading

• In Case of Heavy lifting, customer shall provide the lifting drawings and storage requirements(X,XX,XXX…)

• Separation of Material as per storage requirements and make sure that material are storing at dedicated storage Area for client

b. Material Inventory List

• Packing list shall be received from customer

• Listing of material as per discipline/Material type/storage location/Arrival date/so as listing captured below.

• Material Inventory Status shall be submitted on weekly basis

• Categorizing Material as per Hook-up/Construction/Punch/Carry over work/Commissioning spares if required  

Material receiving Inspection at warehouse

• Self receiving Inspection shall be conducted by GK material supervisor to make sure quantity of items are matched with actual delivered items if required.

• Issue own OSD(overage/shortage/damage) Report to customer

• Storing material  in good condition

Material Storage Preservation

• Conducting Material preservation as per project preservation procedure if required and long term storage

• Applying Varnish or VpCi or piping protection cap, placing silica gel as per requirements

• Minimum preservation activities before shipping(releasing to destination) if required

• Apply protection cover for Material and Equipment if required

• Conduct periodical preservation activities if required

Tagging and Bagging

• Material Bagging and Tagging of Job carding based on project system number and identification for traceability

Material Packing and Marking

• Material Packing by Fumigated wooden

• Package Marking in accordance with project marking regulation

• Issue shipping documents(CIPL) based on packing
